Finance’) sanctions Consumer Durable Loan based on the information provided by me
in this web site.Further, I/We understand that the sanctions given by ‘ Bajaj Finance’
for Consumer Durable Loan is only indicative in nature. I/We understand that the
final sanction of Consumer Durable Loan to be given to me is at the sole discretion
of the ‘ Bajaj Finance’ and it is subject to my creditworthiness and completion
of the necessary documentation. Bajaj Finance can reject/terminate the offer of
approval at any point prior to disbursement of loan. Conditions applicable :- I
/We am/are giving this information, as I /We am/are willing to apply for Bajaj Finance
– Consumer Durable Loan. Accordingly, I am applying for this Loan on the web site.
I/We certify and confirm that the information furnished by me in the Application
Form is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge, information and belief. I/We
authorize ‘Bajaj Finance’ to make any enquiries with any other finance company/bank/registered
credit bureau regarding my other Loans / Credit history with such agencies & also
authorize Bajaj Finance to provide details of my other Loans / Credit history (if
any ) with them to any other bank/finance company/registered credit bureau. I/We
authorize, ‘Bajaj Finance’ or it’s authorized representative/agency to make any
physical/telephonic enquiries regarding information given by me in this web site.
‘Bajaj Finance’ reserves the rights to retain KYC documents, photographs and other
documents submitted by me along with this application at Dealers Point and will
not be returned the same to me. I /we understand that the final loan approval/sanction
will happen at the Dealership point provided it is duly accepted and approved by
Bajaj Finance’s representative and meets all the documentation & Terms and conditions
of the loan. I / We understand that loan disbursement is to be made by ‘Bajaj Finance’
in the name of Dealer whose name is given by me in the Application Form/ from where
I have taken the product delivery. I/We declare that I/We will not hold Bajaj Finance
or its agent(s) responsible for the condition/ delivery/suitability /make/performance
whatsoever of the asset applied for under this application.
